TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or errors in pricing information received from our suppliers, AGBU retains the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price. AGBU retains the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or charged to your credit card. If a credit card has been charged for a canceled order, AGBU will immediately issue a credit to the credit card account for the amount of the incorrect price.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Receipt of an electronic or verbal order confirmation does not signify AGBU's acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of an offer to sell. AGBU reserves the right, at any time after receipt of an order and without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. To protect the interests of AGBU customers, all orders with a value over U.S. $2000.00 must be pre-approved with an acceptable method of payment, as established by the AGBU credit and fraud department. AGBU may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. AGBU reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
DISCLAIMER
AGBU expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Title to goods is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser may be required to obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or be null and void.
